Job summary

Bally’s Corporation is seeking a Steward to help maintain a clean and well-equipped kitchen environment. You will wash and store all kitchen equipment, and deliver stock to food outlets, contributing to smooth restaurant operations.

The role requires flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and holidays. A High School Diploma or GED is required, and Bally’s offers competitive pay, comprehensive health coverage, a 401(K) match, and employee perks.

Responsibilities

• Clean and wash all kitchen equipment, pots, pans, china, silverware, and glasses using the dishwasher as appropriate.
• Properly store all kitchen equipment, pots, pans, china, silverware, and glasses.
• Deliver and properly store all stock from receiving department.
• Deliver products and stock to food outlets.
• Clean floors in the kitchen area and cookers.
