Job summary

Hyatt Regency Cincinnati, operated by Davidson Hospitality Group, seeks a dedicated Steward to support our culinary team and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency in a fast-paced kitchen.

You will assist with dishwashing, food preparation as needed, and ensure proper handling and storage of food and supplies while adhering to sanitation guidelines. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential to thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Steward or in a similar role preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to support the culinary team.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing area.
