Job summary

Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a dedicated Steward to support our culinary team and keep the kitchen clean and organized in a fast-paced environment in Kansas City. You will wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and dishwashing area, and assist with food preparation as needed.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, able to multitask, and flexible to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Steward or in a similar role preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the culinary team by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing area.
• Assist with food preparation and plating as needed.
• Ensure the proper handling and storage of food and supplies.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
