Job summary

Hyatt Regency Cincinnati, located in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio, is seeking a dedicated Steward to keep our kitchen clean and efficient while supporting the culinary team in a fast-paced environment. You will contribute to smooth operations and guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities include dishwashing, assisting with food preparation, proper storage, and adherence to food safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Steward or in a similar role preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing area
