Qualifications

• Read and follow instructions, bilingual preferred.
• 1–3 months prior kitchen/steward experience recommended.
• Ability to handle basic math and measurement units.

Responsibilities

• Organize the breakdown area for dirty wares.
• Operate and maintain the dishwashing process.
• Stock and store cleaned wares and utensils.
• Assist in banquet setup and inventories.
• Adhere to health, sanitation, and safety regulations.
