Job summary

Legends Hospitality, LLC is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to keep dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment clean and ready for service. You will wash by hand or through the dishwasher, maintain neat work areas, and help store equipment safely throughout the venue.

The role requires at least 1 year in a high-volume kitchen, good customer service, and the ability to work independently or in a team. You must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds, with flexibility for late

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a high volume kitchen area.
• Excellent customer service.
• Detail Oriented.
• Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels, obtain supplies and equipment as requested per venue.
• Ensures that assigned areas are kept clean and orderly.
• Ensures that requisitions are delivered in a timely manner.
• Assist with emptying pallets and stocking storeroom and side stations.
• Set up and maintain a clean, neat and safe work area.
• Wash all china, glass and silverware.
• Clean all equipment, pots and pans.
• Store all equipment in proper locations.
• Sweep and mop all floors in the kitchen.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Transport food and equipment throughout venue.
