Job summary

Legends Hospitality, LLC is seeking dedicated kitchen staff responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen by washing dishes, glassware, equipment, and utensils. Candidates must be able to work all venue events including nights and weekends, ensuring a safe and orderly work environment.

Responsibilities include cleaning all kitchen items and maintaining cleanliness in work areas. Ideal candidates will have mobility to perform various tasks in a hectic kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work all venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks, including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.
• Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job-specific safety training.

Responsibilities

• Wash all china, glass, and silverware.
• Clean all equipment, pots, and pans.
• Store equipment in proper locations.
• Sweep and mop all floors in the kitchen.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Transport food and equipment throughout the venue as needed.
