Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a high-volume kitchen area.
• Detail oriented with accuracy in tasks.
• Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans using dishwashers or by hand.
• Maintain clean and orderly kitchen areas and equipment.
• Transport food and equipment throughout the venue.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors and store equipment properly.
