Job summary

Legends Hospitality, LLC is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to maintain the cleanliness of dishes, glassware, pots and pans, and to assist with daily kitchen cleanup in a fast-paced venue.

You will monitor stock levels, assist with storage, transport items around the venue, and help keep the kitchen safe, neat, and compliant with health standards; candidates should be able to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a high-volume kitchen area.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans using dishwashers or by hand.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
• Monitor stock levels and obtain supplies and equipment as requested per venue.
• Ensure that requisitions are delivered in a timely manner.
• Assist with emptying pallets and stocking storeroom and side stations.
• Set up and maintain a clean, neat and safe work area.
• Wash all china, glass and silverware.
• Clean all equipment, pots and pans.
• Store all equipment in proper locations.
• Sweep and mop all floors in the kitchen.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Transport food and equipment throughout venue.
