Responsibilities

• Keep kitchen clean, organized and sanitary at all times.
• Ensure floors are dry and clean.
• Operate pot-washing machinery and maintain hygienic working environment.
• Adhere to sanitation guidelines and company standards.
• Assist cooks and servers as needed.
• Remove trash following established procedures.
• Dispose of waste per hotel and authority standards.
• Maintain clean waste bin area and organize cleaned items.
• Clean and sanitize dishes, pots, pans and serviceware.
• Report maintenance or hazard issues to manager.
• Assist in light food preparation as directed by manager or chef on duty.
