Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Steward/Dishwasher to support kitchen operations. The role involves washing dishes, maintaining clean work areas, stocking supplies, and assisting with basic food prep during busy periods.

You will work to maintain guest satisfaction through efficient, safe, and sanitary practices, while adhering to MSDS and OSHA standards and supporting the team during peak times.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous stewarding experience required or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans.
• Operate dishwashing and other kitchen cleaning equipment.
• Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
• Stock supplies in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars.
• Sweep and wash floors and clean trash cans.
• Sort and remove trash to designated pickup areas.
• Perform food preparation during staffing shortages or peak periods.
