Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry moderate loads and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Clear and sanitize dish room and stations.
• Operate automatic dishwashing equipment and monitor detergents.
• Manually wash pots, pans and utensils as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, counters and shelving.
• Assist with cleanliness and organization to meet health compliance.
