Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to stand for the entire shift.
• Capable of bending, stooping, using hands continuously, and lifting up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 45 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to work in hot and/or humid environments.
• Must be available to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays, and be flexible with shift timings.
• Successfully pass a pre‑employment criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial dishwashers, glass washers, and a 3‑compartment sink; wash dishes and items by hand when necessary.
• Follow sanitation policies, clean trash receptacles, stock hand washing supplies, and frequently sanitize table tops and galley equipment.
• Broom and mop the galley area as needed; perform occasional deep cleaning of restaurant areas.
• Clean deep fat fryers, grills, and flat tops as needed to ensure proper operation.
• Assist prep cooks and other kitchen staff as needed and follow supervisors’ instructions.
