Bottleneck Management is seeking a Dishwasher at our Chicago location. The role supports kitchen operations, ensuring cleanliness of all dishware and prep areas while collaborating with the Chef team to maintain a safe, sanitary environment for staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Unload deliveries and stock supplies per cooler/storage etiquette.
• Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwash area and adjacent spaces.
• Assist Chef team and support kitchen operations as needed.
• Follow safety and sanitation regulations and use chemicals properly.
