Job summary

Whole Foods Market in Kansas City seeks an entry-level dishwasher responsible for washing and sanitizing dishes, maintaining a clean kitchen, and assisting with product rotation. You will support daily operations and provide friendly service to customers and Team Members.

The role requires punctuality, grooming, reliability, and willingness to participate in trainings. Must be able to lift 50 pounds and work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Stand/walk 6-8 hours in an 8-hour shift.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Washes, rinses, and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares.
• Maintains cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves in the kitchen area.
• Assists with kitchen deliveries including proper storage, organization, and rotation of products.
• Arrives on time, groomed, dressed and ready to work; attends trainings and meetings.
• Provides courteous customer service, answers phones, and uses suggestive selling techniques.
