Job summary

Atrium Hospitality's Tucson Marriott University Park property is hiring a full-time dishwasher/kitchen steward. You will clean and sanitize kitchen areas, wash dishes, manage trash, and support event and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service.

No experience is required—we train the right candidate. You should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities included.

Qualifications

• Food Safety Certificate or willingness to complete training within 90 days.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, or squat for long periods.
• Flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, prep areas, walk-ins, and storage spaces.
• Wash and store dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and utensils in designated areas.
• Manage trash and recycling, including cleaning bins and maintaining the dock area.
• Support kitchen and event teams with setup, breakdown, and occasional dish-up assistance.
• Help ensure consistent sanitation standards across all food and beverage workspaces.
