Job summary

Atrium Hospitality in San Marcos, TX is seeking a full-time Kitchen/Dishwashing team member. The role involves cleaning and sanitizing kitchen areas, washing dishes, managing waste, and supporting event setups to maintain high hygiene standards.

No experience is required; training is provided. A Food Safety Certificate or willingness to complete training within 90 days is preferred, with ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, prep areas, walk-ins, and storage spaces.
• Wash and store dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and utensils in designated areas.
• Manage trash and recycling, including cleaning bins and maintaining the dock area.
• Support kitchen and event teams with setup, breakdown, and occasional dish-up assistance.
• Help ensure consistent sanitation standards across all food and beverage workspaces.
