Job summary

Marriott Knoxville Downtown is seeking a Dishwasher/Steward to keep our hotel kitchenware and work areas spotless and organized, supporting the culinary team with sanitation and basic prep as needed.

You'll join a team that values reliability and a strong work ethic, with AM and PM shifts, weekend availability, and opportunities to grow within the hospitality field at a nationwide portfolio, with benefits including health coverage and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Hotel experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.

Responsibilities

• Dish pit: keep workspace clean and organized for the culinary team.
• Wash dishes and maintain kitchen cleanliness; assist with basic food prep as needed.
• Report to Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef.
• Opportunities to advance into other kitchen roles within hospitality.
