Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Load and unload soiled dinnerware, flatware, and glassware for the dishwasher.
• Sweep and mop the kitchen floor; keep the kitchen and loading dock tidy.
• Dismantle and clean cooking equipment like stoves and grills.
• Maintain the dining room’s cleanliness and set up banquet functions.
