Applicants should be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures and noise. Must be at least 16 years old; on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• Environment with cold, heat, noise and vibration.
• Stand for majority of shift.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots, and culinary equipment.
• Run items through a dishwashing machine and inspect clean items.
• Stock dishware to food prep stations and clear used items.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area (floors, machines, shelving, carts).
• Assist with banquets, special events, and inventory preparation.
