Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous dishwasher experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload soiled dinnerware, flatware and glassware in the dishwasher and ensure cleanliness.
• Sweep and mop the kitchen floor, scrub walls and trashcans, and keep the kitchen and loading dock tidy.
• Dismantle and clean cooking equipment like stoves and grills for daily use.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness, set up banquet functions, and keep guest areas stocked and ready.
