Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and store items properly.
• Organize plates and glassware.
• Transport soiled dishes to the kitchen.
• Mop stockrooms and report hazards to the kitchen/maintenance manager.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
• Communicate effectively with Back of the House staff.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
