The Cooper, operated by Beemok Hospitality Holdings LLC, is seeking a Steward (Dishwasher) to maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen. You will wash dishes, store items properly, and support the culinary team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils using dish machines or designated sinks.
• Clean, transport, and store stewarding supplies and equipment.
• Set up and replenish stewarding workstations.
• Assist culinary staff with sanitation needs and end-of-shift breakdowns.
• Report safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
