A leading company seeks a Kitchen Steward responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role involves cleaning kitchen equipment and supplies, adhering to company policies, and performing physical tasks. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or GED.
The Kitchen Steward is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all kitchen equipment, china, silver, glassware, pots, pans, and work areas. They also replenish supplies with clean ware and perform additional duties as assigned by the Executive Chef.
In addition to the duties above, team members must:
Virginia Racing Commission License and a valid driver’s license with at least three years of driving experience.
Must be able to perform physical tasks such as sitting, standing, walking, handling objects, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, talking, and hearing. May need to lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs. Noise levels are moderate to loud. Reasonable accommodations will be provided for individuals with disabilities.
