Job summary

Back Creek Golf Club is seeking an enthusiastic Kitchen Staff Member to prepare meals for guests—from burgers at the tavern toCorporate events and weddings. You’ll work in a dynamic country club kitchen with a culture that values growth, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2 years proven experience in the food industry.
• Strong knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
• Excellent knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Follow policies and schedules for kitchen operation.
• Adhere to food handling procedures and sanitation standards.
• Prepare food items according to recipes and guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with team and management.
• Ensure all kitchen tools and equipment are in working order and report issues.
• Complete end-of-shift duties and restock stations.
• Follow health and safety standards including PPE.
• Assist in coordinating events with golf course departments for guest service.
