Ron Jaworski Golf at Ramblewood Country Club in Mount Laurel, NJ is seeking a Kitchen Staff member. This role supports the kitchen team, follows recipes, and assists in delivering excellent service during meals and events.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, culinary training preferred, and at least two years of restaurant or banquet experience. A neat appearance and strong communication skills are essential; hourly pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow policies and schedules for kitchen operations.

• Coordinate events with golf course operating departments for best guest experience.
• Follow standardized recipes set by management.
• Handle customer complaints efficiently and tactfully.
• Present a favorable image at all times.

Duties & Responsibilities

• To follow policies and schedules for the operation in the kitchen facility.
• To assist in looking for new and profitable ways to better serve the guests.
• To assist in ensuring the cleanliness of the facility is of the highest priority, making sure that the reputation of the service is maintained at all times.
• To help in the coordination of all events and activities with the operating departments of the Golf Course in order to provide the best possible service to the guests.
• Following standardized recipes set forth by management.
• Ensure any customer complaints are handled efficiently and tactfully.
• At all times, present a favorable image.
