Ron Jaworski Golf is seeking a Catering Server for Blue Heron Pines Golf Club in Galloway Township, NJ. This part-time role focuses on delivering impeccable service at weddings, corporate events, and daily operations.

You will set up buffets and tables, greet guests, serve courses, and maintain a polished appearance while ensuring guest satisfaction. Flexible daytime hours and a team-oriented environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of fine and casual dining.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol according to state law.
• Possess excellent customer service skills.
• Must be dependable.
• Must be able to work in a fast pace team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and arrange tables, linens, silverware, glassware, and buffets before the event.
• Serve and greet guests, pass appetizers, and deliver plated meals or manage buffet lines.
• Serve food and beverage items to guests in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Provide prompt and efficient customer service
• Demonstrate a knowledge of food and beverage menu items served daily
• Keep tables in dining room and workstations cleaned, sanitized, and organized
• Perform set-up and clean-up procedures as assigned
• Perform other duties as assigned

Working Conditions

• Employee must be able to lift/handle up to 20 lbs. occasionally
• Flexible schedule, daytime availability is a MUST
• Physical activity for long periods of time including standing, walking, bending, and carrying
• Operate food service equipment and clean food service areas
• Fast paced high traffic areas with a moderate noise level
