Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with the set-up of serving lines daily and ensure food is held at proper temperatures.
• Prepare foods per menu plan and Opaa! recipes; plan ahead for next day menus.
• Operate slicers, mixers, grinders, and other equipment with proper certification.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and serve customers with hospitality.
• Follow FIFO, manage inventory, and restock as needed; assist with dishwashing area.
