Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with set-up of serving lines daily and ensure food is held at proper temperatures.
• Prepare foods per menu plan and Opaa! recipes, plan ahead for next day menus.
• Operate slicers, mixers, grinders and other equipment with proper certification.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and practice FIFO inventory.
• Serve items with correct portions and maintain quality and hospitality.
