Job summary

Opaa! Food Management, Inc. is seeking team members to prepare breakfast and/or lunch offerings and assist with serving lines in a cafeteria setting in Wheaton, MO.

You will participate in occasional catering functions and work across all kitchen positions, ensuring high-quality food presentation and hospitality. The role requires following recipes, maintaining food safety standards, and collaborating with the Kitchen Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and write simple correspondence.
• Ability to follow recipes and HACCP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Set up serving lines daily and maintain proper food temperatures.
• Prepare foods per menu plan and batch cook as needed.
• Operate slicers, mixers, grinders and other equipment with proper certification.
• Keep work areas clean, organized and sanitary.
• Maintain FIFO inventory and clean storage areas.
• Prepare baked goods as required and present attractively to customers.
• Serve items with correct portions and utensils; ensure quality presentation.
• Restock condiments, napkins, and silverware for customers.
