The role requires at least 1 year of supervision in a fast-paced restaurant, strong communication, attention to detail, and a Food Manager Certificate as required by local health departments. Competitive hourly pay and flexible shifts offered.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience supervising and/or leading team members in a QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a strong drive for efficiency and accuracy.
• Demonstrates professionalism and adheres to policies and procedures.
• Must be able to exhibit effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Food Manager Certificate as required by State, County or Local Health Departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant team in opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Coordinate with chef leadership and other departments to ensure high-quality service.
• Receive and process kitchen orders and deliveries per protocol.
• Maintain stock levels and assist with supplies and ordering.
