Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervising experience in a QSR or full-service restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team in opening, prep, and closing duties.

• Receive and process kitchen orders and deliveries per protocol.
• Maintain communication to ensure stock and assist with supplies and ordering.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices across back-of-house areas.
• Monitor kitchen costs and ensure adherence to budget guidelines.
• Ensure kitchen equipment is used safely and is in working order.
• Conduct briefings with front and back-of-house staff pre- and post-service.
• Meet operating and quality standards consistently.
• Present professional and ethical leadership; participate in training and coaching.
