Chick-fil-A Trailhead in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Shift Leader who lives our values and serves guests with a servant-hearted approach. You will support senior leadership, lead daily operations, and develop team members while upholding food safety and high standards.

This role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for career development, and benefits including paid time off and meal allowances. Friday and Saturday availability is required, and you may open/close shifts as needed.

A Shift Leader at Chick-fil-A Trailhead is one who consistently demonstrates our core values, embraces the Chick-fil-A culture and has a servant’s heart. They have a passion for people and serving others, have strong character, take initiative and work with a sense of urgency at all times. Our Shift Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Shift Leader’s two main areas of focus are leading the team members in their area of responsibility and completing tasks to set the restaurant forward for the next shift. Shift Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow, ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.

Position Type:

• Part-time: Typically 3 days and 20+ hours/week; schedule may vary based on business needs.
• Full-time: Typically 5 days and 35+ hours/week; schedule may vary based on business needs.
