Chick-fil-A is seeking a Kitchen Shift Leader to join our restaurant team. This role involves supervising kitchen operations, coaching team members, and delivering high-quality food with speed and care.

You will work under an Independent Operator to uphold Chick-fil-A quality and guest experience. The position requires strong leadership, communication, and a commitment to food safety, teamwork, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Supervisory and coaching responsibilities over kitchen staff.
• Strong communication across management, guest, and team levels.
• Knowledge of financial, budgetary, accounting and computational practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email and internet.

Responsibilities

• Everything behind the swinging door during the shift.
• Deliver crave-able food in a timely manner meeting quality requirements.
• Coach the behaviors of Leaders and Team Members in the Kitchen.
• Maintain fast Speed of Service and clean, safe kitchen environment.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and repairs within 24 hours.
