Qualifications

Continuous development of leadership; train, develop and delegate tasks to managers and team leaders.
Continuous assessment of systems and procedures to ensure accuracy, productivity and safety.
Quickly resolve operational issues to prevent recurrence.
Maintain food cost, labor, and inventory within budgets and goals.
Oversee kitchen leadership and ensure tasks are completed promptly, accurately and correctly.

Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate kitchen-oriented strategies to drive store toward its vision.
Guide leadership to emphasize food safety, speed and quality.
Develop and guide the kitchen leadership with responsibilities and growth.
Handle personnel matters including call-outs, time punches, and hiring.
Ensure LEAN practices and proper rotation are followed; manage operations.
