Chick-fil-A is seeking a Kitchen Leader to support the Kitchen Director in all restaurant operations. You will help manage shifts, train team members, and maintain a fast-paced environment while upholding rigorous standards for food safety and quality.

As a key leader in the kitchen, you will lead by example, ensure cleanliness, and support cost controls. This role offers a collaborative, family-friendly workplace with opportunities for growth and development within Chick-fil-A.

Responsibilities

• Works alongside team members
• Promotes team work throughout restaurant
• Trains team following proper Chick-fil-A procedures
• Promotes a positive work environment
• Ability to lead others and provide constructive feedback regarding performance
• Works with Kitchen Director to achieve exceptional quality and food safety scores
• Collaborates with other Team Leaders to complete shift responsibilities
• Is the primary leader in the assigned kitchen area
• Ensures work stations are clean and sanitized
• Helps promote effective cost controls to team members
