Open availability between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, with a minimum of 1 year leadership experience in a restaurant or kitchen.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of leadership experience in a restaurant, food service, or kitchen environment.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Directors in daily kitchen operations with focus on quality, safety, speed, and excellence.
• Lead by example with initiative and urgency in a fast-paced setting.
• Coach and develop kitchen team members and identify future leaders.
• Assist with training and developing new team members.
