Job summary

DoorDash Essentials, LLC is seeking a Kitchen Shift Lead to manage shift-level kitchen execution within a DMK facility. You will lead Kitchen Operations Associates and Shift Coordinators, ensuring quality, safety, and timely orders while maintaining a collaborative One Team environment.

The role requires experience in food service or kitchen operations, strong leadership, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Food Handler’s Certification preferred.
• Experience in food service or kitchen operations beneficial.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned kitchen shifts, ensuring correct food prep, cleanliness, and safety.
• Lead and delegate tasks to Kitchen Operations Associates.
• Coach team on food safety, cleanliness, and execution standards.
• Collaborate with DashMart Shift Leads and Site Leadership.
• Support facility standards and suggest workflow improvements.
