Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa is seeking a Kitchen Technician II in Facilities & Maintenance to maintain commercial refrigeration, kitchen and bar equipment. You will work in back-of-house environments with exposure to noise and high-paced shifts.

The role requires troubleshooting, estimating parts and labor, and coordinating with vendors. Must have 5+ years of experience and strong safety, communication and teamwork.

On-call availability for after-hours emergencies is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience maintaining commercial kitchen, bar and refrigeration equipment.
• Able to read control circuit wiring diagrams and gas safety controls.
• Able to estimate parts, supplies and labor hours for repairs.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial refrigeration and kitchen equipment.
• Instruct food and beverage staff on proper operation of equipment.
