Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to service kitchen refrigeration systems across our resort facilities. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, repair equipment, and ensure safe operation while following Seminole Gaming policies.

Requirements include a high school diploma or technical certificate and 3+ years of commercial/industrial refrigeration experience; a valid driver's license is required.

High school diploma or technical certificate and 3+ years of refrigeration experience.
Valid driver’s license required.
Experience with commercial/industrial refrigeration preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on kitchen refrigeration systems.
Inspect walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines, dishwashers, ovens, stoves, and related equipment.
Order parts and manage inventory.
Follow lock-out/tag-out procedures and safety standards.
