Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is seeking a qualified facilities technician to perform preventive maintenance on kitchen equipment and refrigeration systems. Under the direction of the Facilities Shift Supervisor, you will conduct inspections, repair and troubleshoot walk-in coolers, freezers, ice machines, dishwashers, ovens and related equipment, and maintain logs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical certificate with 3+ years of experience in commercial/industrial refrigeration.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on kitchen equipment and refrigeration systems.
• Complete walk-through inspections and routine maintenance of walk-in coolers, freezers, reach-ins, ice machines and dishwashers.
• Change water filters and repair minor air and water leaks; read technical manuals and maintain logs.
