This role performs critical repair, maintenance, and preventive services on commercial kitchen and refrigeration systems across the hotel, demanding hands-on expertise and proactive problem solving. The ideal candidate will operate with minimal supervision, diagnose issues accurately, and ensure equipment reliability, compliance, and guest satisfaction through meticulous

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience servicing commercial kitchen and refrigeration equipment.
• EPA Certification is required.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Strong mechanical and electrical repair skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot and repair kitchen and refrigeration equipment promptly.
• Repair or replace compressors, thermostats, fans, motors, and electrical components.
• Service evaporators, condensers, receivers, and valves; clean coils and replace filters.
• Test equipment after repairs to ensure proper function and safety.
• Adhere to safety protocols and wear PPE.
• Maintain detailed service records and coordinate with Engineering leadership.
• Respond to service requests and guest equipment issues professionally.
• Attend trainings and flexible to varied shifts as needed.
