Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. seeks a Receiver/Stock Room Attendant in Arlington, VA to manage stock room storage and distribution of food and beverage products under the Executive Chef's guidance. You will ensure proper receiving, dating, and inventory control within a fast-paced kitchen environment.

The role requires ServSafe certification, HACCP knowledge, and strong organizational skills to maintain sanitation and accurate inventories while supporting food safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Partial High School education; High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• Possess or be able to complete ServSafe certification; strong sanitation skills.
• Knowledge of culinary terms and practices; able to follow recipes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive documentation and goods from warehouse.
• Assist in end-of-month inventories and stock rotation.
• Date and rotate products according to food handling process.
• Maintain storage standards and sanitation in walk-in areas.
• Notify Unit Manager of safety or quality issues.
• Adhere to ServSafe and HACCP guidelines; participate in safety meetings.
