Guest Services, Inc. is seeking a Receiver for the Pentagon area in Arlington, VA.

You will assist the stock room, receiving and storing all food and beverage items under the guidance of the Executive Chef, ensuring organization and safety in a busy unit. Key duties include inventory support, temperature control, sanitation compliance, and assisting with movement of products to the kitchen while following HACCP guidelines.

Qualificações

• Partial High School education or HS diploma preferred.
• ServSafe certification required or obtainable; strong sanitation skills expected.
• Knowledge of culinary terms and standard kitchen practices; ability to follow recipes.

Responsabilidades

• Receive goods and paperwork from the warehouse.
• Assist with month-end inventories and stock rotation.
• Maintain storage standards and cleanliness in the stock room.
• Monitor temperatures and ensure proper food safekeeping.
• Support kitchen sanitation and equipment cleaning schedules.
• Assist in moving products to main kitchen and manage recycling.
