Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
• Effective communication skills.
• Capability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Knowledge of health department standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure orders arrive on time, complete and of good quality.
• Store products and log in accordance with facility standards.
• Maintain storage areas, keeping them clean and within health codes.
• Rotate all product daily.
• Assist Purchaser and Chef with daily tasks.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
