Job summary

Opaa! Food Management, Inc. is seeking a versatile kitchen teammate to prepare breakfast and lunch offerings, assist with serving lines, and perform all kitchen duties as needed at our Palmyra location. You will help with set-ups, maintain food temperatures, and support catering events.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and willingness to learn; experience in food service is helpful. We emphasize safety, cleanliness, and teamwork in a fast-paced school or community setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Some food service or kitchen experience preferred.
• Ability to operate cash register and manage basic meal accounting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast and/or lunch offerings and assist with serving lines.
• Set up serving lines daily and maintain food temperatures and presentation.
• Assist in food preparation per menu and Opaa! recipes; prep ahead for next day.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and comply with safety procedures.
• Handle cash and POS transactions; complete daily paperwork as required.
