DIG INN Restaurant Teams is seeking a Porter (Dishwasher) in our Boston area kitchen. Pay ranges from $16 to $18 per hour, plus $2–$3 per hour in tips and additional benefits.

The role offers exposure to multiple stations and the chance to grow into leadership positions within our fast-paced kitchen. You will learn garde manger, grill, roast, market line, and prep while supporting the team during busy service times.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.

Responsabilités

• Wash dishes, pots, etc using dishwashers or by hand.
• Maintain cleanliness in dishwashing and prep kitchen work stations.
• Stock cleaning supplies and dishes in their respective areas.
• Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pick up areas.
• Support team members and managers with daily cleaning tasks.
• Gain exposure to different stations within the DIG kitchen and learn core roles.
• Work to support the team during peak and off-peak service periods.
