DIG INN Restaurant Teams in Stamford, CT is seeking a Porter (Dishwasher) to support our scratch-based kitchen. You will wash dishes, maintain clean stations, and rotate through garde manger, grill and prep areas to gain hands-on culinary exposure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn culinary practices in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs.
• Strong teamwork and communication with kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots and utensils using dishwashers or by hand.
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing and prep areas.
• Stock supplies and organize items in their areas.
• Assist with waste sorting and disposal.
• Support team during peak and off-peak service.
• Learn various kitchen stations and duties.
• Uphold sanitation standards and DIG policies.
• Contribute to a positive food service environment.
