MANNA Full Time Management MMC in Dover, DE, is seeking a Kitchen Operations Floor Supervisor to oversee daily kitchen production, ensuring meals are prepared, packaged, and distributed on schedule. This role focuses on managing staff and production timelines with a strong emphasis on food safety and efficiency.

The position offers a Monday–Friday 5:00 am to 1:00 pm shift, with benefits including paid time off, holidays, and health insurance.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years supervisory experience.
• ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and production timelines.
• Directs and monitors kitchen staff and volunteers.
• Assigns workstations and tasks based on production requirements.
• Monitors compliance with food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Verifies meal counts, packaging accuracy, and special diet compliance.
• Coordinates timely completion of Meals on Wheels production and distribution schedules.
• Assists with staff training and onboarding.
• Maintains production records and communicates operational concerns to management.
• Identifies workflow improvements and operational efficiencies.
