Confidence Management Solutions is seeking a Dietary Supervisor for a full-time role in York, PA. The position requires healthcare experience and supervision skills to oversee kitchen operations during shifts and ensure meals go out on time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior Supervisor experience is required.
• Nursing Home, Hospital, or Healthcare experience is REQUIRED!

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen operations during scheduled shifts; open/close the department as needed.
• Maintain sanitation of kitchen and equipment per local/state/federal regulations.
• Ensure meal service times stay on schedule.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
